More options for experience in care and support worker profiles
We’ve added more tick boxes in the experience section so that care and support workers can list out the specific areas they have experience with.

A new question on personality
One of the most frequent questions we get from clients is about the personality of the care and support workers they’re looking for. We’ve included a question to help care and support workers match themselves with clients.

Training video and quiz for new care and support workers
A training video and quiz has been included into the profile creation process to help new care and support workers become familiar with the Mable platform.

Organisational and coordinator logins
We’ve added special logins for organisations and care / support coordinators so that they can help multiple clients find the right care or support worker on the Mable platform.

Improved layout when signing up as a care or support worker
We’ve also improved the layout of the step-by-step process new care and support workers need to go through to complete their profile. The layout makes it more clear which steps still require completion.
